< snadra> oh this is awesome.  dennis is doing a delivery near Mt. Vernon and stopped at the Wildie General Store for lunch
< snadra> only after eating did they realize they have no cash, they don't take credit, and there's no ATM nearby
< snadra> they offered to do dishes, but apparantly they are all clean
< snadra> so he called me and asked me to mail them a check for $10
< snadra> I could hear everyone in the store laughing as he was telling me this over the phone
< snadra> "Honey, I need you to do me a favor... you're gonna laugh... but we just had this great lunch at this little diner..." and I heard laughing in the background

< snadra> haha, remember the general store where dennis had lunch last friday and he didn't have money to pay for it?
< snadra> I mailed them a check.  Just got an envelope in the mail from them containing two index cards
< snadra> one says "Thank you for the check.  Your husband and friend were so delightful and we all had a real good laugh about it.  Please accept the following offer to join us again" and signed the owner and the mgr
< snadra> the other card says "this entitles you to 25% off any meal or meals at any time"

< snadra> that's so nice it makes me want to go there and pay extra
